With 15+ years in executive sales, human capital management, social innovation, and DEI, Cortni is a visionary leader dedicated to positive change. Actively affiliated with Forbes BLK, The Leadership Consortium, and Jobs for the Future's Corp. Innovation Council, Cortni champions inclusive workplaces.

Guided by the philosophy that "every choice has an invoice," Cortni shapes lives through principles and beliefs. As a coach, he tackles workplace burnout, anxiety, addictions, and relationship issues, employing a holistic, science-based approach. Cortni is a father, music lover, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. brother, Howard County Council of Elders member, and advocate for holistic wellness through the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce.
