A Little About Me...

Cortni Grange (He/Him/His) is a trailblazing first-generation Jamaican-American and a distinguished alumnus of Florida A&M University's School of Business & Industry. With a robust career spanning over 15 years in executive sales, human capital management, social innovation, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Cortni is not just a leader but a visionary committed to creating positive change. His commitment to creating inclusive and diverse workplaces is evident in his active affiliations with prestigious organizations such as Forbes BLK, The Leadership Consortium, and his service on the board of StartingBloc.

At the heart of Cortni's professional journey lies a deep-rooted philosophy: choices shape our lives, principles guide those choices, and beliefs form the foundation of our principles. He firmly believes that "every choice has an invoice," emphasizing the profound impact each decision holds.

Cortni's coaching philosophy aligns seamlessly with the realities of today—be it workplace burnout, anxiety, addictions, or relationship issues. He specializes in providing counsel to those who demand the utmost from their lives. Through a science-based holistic approach, Cortni collaborates with individuals to help them develop tools that lead them to their best selves, ensuring their families, careers, and those they care for continue to benefit from their rich care and experience.

Outside of his career and coaching work, Cortni is a father, audiophile (lover of music), a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., a member of the Howard County Council of Elders, an active participant in the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce, and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness.
